These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NORTH PLUS VPN mobile application and this website. By using the app or this site, you agree to these Terms. This is a general summary and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.
Using the Service
You must use NORTH PLUS VPN in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for how you use the service, including compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you connect.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to engage in illegal activity, distribute malware, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure, or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users.
Accounts and Access
The app authenticates your device automatically using Firebase Anonymous Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of the device the app is installed on.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and processed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, in accordance with the billing terms of the store you subscribed through. Refunds are handled according to the applicable App Store or Google Play refund policy.
Service Availability
We work to keep the VPN service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Server locations and availability may change over time.
Intellectual Property
The NORTH PLUS VPN name, logo, app, and website content are the property of NORTH PLUS VPN and may not be used without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for use that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NORTH PLUS VPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app or site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
